Please note: As of this year, the procedure for boat trailers has changed. To ensure smooth logistics on the quays and at the host clubs, we have implemented a centralized registration system.

Boat trailers are no longer registered with individual clubs. Instead, all registrations are managed centrally and then distributed. While we aim to accommodate regular parking spots, central registration is now mandatory for everyone.

Deadline: March 2nd
Please ensure your boat trailer is registered no later than one week before the race.

How do I Register?
Is your club bringing a boat trailer (or having one delivered)? Use the following link to register: REGISTER YOUR BOAT TRAILER HERE

Key Instructions:

  • Shared Trailers: Are you sharing a trailer with other clubs? Please list all clubs on that trailer in the ‘Questions/Remarks’ (Vragen/Opmerkingen) field.
  • WeCargo: Even if your transport is handled by WeCargo, registration via the link above is still mandatory.
  • No Direct Registration: It is no longer possible to register trailers directly with the host clubs.
